Cloudy River is a bold new series about pansexual artist Emma (aka Cloudy) and her musician lover, River, whose open relationship is put to the test when they move in together.

Co-created, co-written and co-directed by Charlie Ford and Sophie Hardcastle, produced by Belinda Dean at Confidante Pictures and distributed globally by Escapade Media. Cloudy River was made with principal funding by Screen Australia and completion funding by Queer Screen.

Cloudy River premiered to a sold-out screening at George St Cinemas as part of the 2020 Queer Screen Mardi Gras Film Festival. It was subsequently acquired as a 48 minute feature film by SBS On Demand where it was the most viewed film in their Rainbow Collection.
